Athletes in Motion Testimonials

Jimmy Valverde Head Coach Esperanza H.S., Varsity Basketball and Boys Baseball

"4 years ago our team decided to train with Athletes in Motion offseason (and in season) when our program was at a 30% win record and 5 girls on the injured reserve list. Today we are ranked 6 th in Orange County and sport a 15 and 1 starting record; everyone is healthy and we are known for our quickness and explosiveness. I attribute this directly to the Long Term Athletic Model introduced and implemented by AIM for our program. I also send my boys who are playing baseball for me and want to become faster and more powerful to AIM."

"Walt Shedd and Brad Gerhard, Program Directors for Athletes in Motion are two of the top trainers I have ever had the pleasure of working with and observing. Athletes in Motion not only prepare and train athletes to compete at the highest levels, he also helps prevent injuries. I have seen Athletes in motion recommend and develop training designed specifically to correct weakness and help prevent possible injury. This is in addition to helping athletes reach their potential and compete against the best!"

Thomas Boudin Kicker, Indiana State University

"I came to AIM 3 years ago having red shirted in Community College due to an injury. Within 4 months I was back into the starting line-up and proceeded to break the school record for longest punt (69 yards from line of scrimmage) and be selected as all league first team at Fullerton Junior College. AIM then helped me to gain a full ride to Indiana State University where last year I was ranked 4 th in the country among all kickers and am now being recruited to play professionally."

Zoe Ip Mid Fielder, Club Soccer

"I came to AIM one year ago on the verge of quitting my sport due to my frustration in my performance on the field. Since being with AIM I have shaved more than 1 second off of my 40 added 14” to my vertical and now dominate in the middle for my club and high school team. Last year I was selected to play with the Olympic Development Program and this year I have been ranked 62 for girls under 18 nationally and 25 th regionally."

Amanda Williams Combo Guard, Esperanza H.S. Basketball

"I have trained with AIM for over 3 years now and in that time have increased my vertical jump to a Division 1 level by over 12”. Last year I was named league MVP and this year I am being recruited by a number of colleges."

Sam Fries

Sam Fries Center, Esperanza H.S. Basketball

"I began training year round with AIM 8 months ago after having come off of surgery for a torn meniscus. Since that time I have added 7” to my vertical and over 100 lbs to my squat and 45 lbs to my clean. This year I have already been named tournament MVP in two tournaments the most recent the Clarke Cochrane Classic in Alaska where I led my team to a tournament championship in front of a crowd of 3000 people."

Camille Lire Rosary H.S. Basketball

"I came to AIM after an ACL replacement surgery three years ago. Within 6 months I returned to lead Vista Murrietta to a state ranking as a sophomore. Last year, while at Rosary High School I was picked all league first team and CIF first team. This year I have led my team at Rosary to be ranked 5 th within Orange County and have been named OC Register player of the week."

"When we have an athlete with a movement issue we look to AIM and their staff to assess and provide corrective action. In addition we have entrusted our own daughter to the ADC model to insure she has every opportunity to realize her full potential as an athlete."

Marc Rzepczynski

"My association with AIM dates back to my early years in travel baseball. AIM's Athletic Development Continuum has prepared me for and continues to keep me performing at my best against some of
the top athletes in the world. Thanks to everyone at AIM!"
